Trained at Le Cordon Bleu for three years, certified trainer with the British Academy for Training and Development, UN food safety ambassador, and Chef Carnival Club member. Works in restaurant and cafe consulting and development, helped establish and operate several restaurants, and serves as a UNMTC goodwill and peace ambassador in food and culinary arts.
Journalist and Cultural Activist
Journalist for Majd Al-Watan electronic newspaper and Arab Tourism Magazine, cultural activist with the Saudi Literary Partner, presenter of cultural and literary workshops, children’s stage presence trainer, and gold member of UNMTC.
